I would have to say Marciano KO's Tyson in less than 5. What do you think?

Depending on what version of Tyson your talking about determines the answer to your question. A prime Tyson would have gotten rid of Marciano in less than 3 rounds. Marciano just was not big enough to fight Tyson. Look at what Tyson did to other cruzierweights who moved up to heavyweight (Marvis Fraizer). Marciano was wicked tought though so he might last 3 rounds.

I will have to go with the Rock on this. Tyson, had a hard time with fighters who brought the heat. All through his carrer if someone could take his power, he freaked out, and couldn't handle it. If you remember the very 1st Tyson v Holy fight. It was a great fight through Round 3. Tyson hit Holy with a late shot (clearly after the bell) flush. Holy hit him back, and after that it was all Holy. Tyson just lost his mental edge and holy had his way.

Same thing would happen if "Rocky and Tyson ever fought".

Marciano definetly had less losses than tyson, however tyson had more title defences.Taking into account weight, and size differential of these fighters and of there opposition I don't think that marciano 184lbs could take or throw a better or harder punch than tyson 218lbs. Marciano was a great fighter but throughout history even great fighters have had problems giving up 34lbs. Pound for Pound I would say that Marciano was better.

When I said that tyson would win in 3 rounds or less I was talking about a prime tyson. Tyson was in his prime before his first loss, to douglas. When he had the right people to discipline, train, and promote him tyson didn't have a problem with anyone he fought. When he fought holyfield tyson was past his prime. With Cus and his team tyson would have retired undefeated. Even when you include this fantacy matchup in his record.

The Rock would have beaten Tyson's prime in 5 or 6 rounds.....maybe just maybe win by 10. The Rock would destroy "Iron Mike" in 3 or less at any time after the Douglass loss. NO doubt.M arciano was not a highly paid meat bag for meaningful PPv events. Marciano was as serious as you can get, he knew how to handle a heavy fisted brawler at the opening bell.

thats the point ive been making, marciano wasn't big enough to hang with the hw of the last 20 years.

If marciano was 7feet tall and weighed 300lbs he would have beaten everybody but the fact is he weighed 184 lbs and was smaller than tyson. A prime tyson would beat a prime marciano in my opinion. However if tyson had an off night or was past his prime marciano would take him. If you are talking who is a better p4p fighter marciano was, but the fact is tyson weighed more than marciano.

Ruiz lost to Jones when he was the bigger man. Ruiz is no Tyson that goes without saying, but I'm just pointing out that its been done before. My vote is for Marciano.

i take it you didn't see tyson ko clifford ettiene that ko sent shockwaves and to me looked better than the walcott ko.

Walcot was out for abou a minute and a half before getting revived. And I'm talking about one punch, not a completely devastated guy.

How? Marciano came from behind on the scorecards and KO'd Walcot with posiblily one of the most powerful punches ever thrown that would KO anyone. Tyson just hit you so much you went down. Tyson did have good power, but not the 1 punch KO power Marciano had.

Tyson would win if they fought in their prime. In a 12 round bout it could go the distance but Tyson would most likely win. I've never seen Marciano fight but I do know what the man is capable of.

Then how can you tell? Check the vidoes section I have some clips posted of him there. Marciano could throw/take a better shot then Tyson, and had more stamina. He never got tired and showed unlike Tyson.
