MY girlfriend has been doing yoga for years. She's been teaching me basic possitions and it seems like yoga might be good for boxing (accompanied with a normal boxing routine) I was wondering if any of you guys do it? or know boxers that do? does it give any benifits to boxing? or does it hurt?

hey man, doing working yoga into your boxing routine is a good idea. there r heaps of pro boxers that do it like Manny Pacquiao and it does have a few benifits like improved flexibility and gives u better stamina
