What is a good supplement set up?? i want something for pre-workout(on weight days, and maybe days im boxing), a good protein, and i have heard of an after workout drink or something that helps recovery time. Anybody?

You are absolutely right that after fight drink recover the body. Here are some more supplement which you can take after fighting. Vitamin C Supplements -You need vitamin C for a healthy immune system, however you should get it from the fruits and vegetables you eat so that you also get other important nutrients, fiber and other antioxidants that you won't get from dietary supplements.
I took home made protein shakes before workout. Here is my banana shake recipe:
milk 2 cups
Ice 1/2 cup
Nutmeg 1 tsp
Protein powder 1 scoop
Honey 2 tbs
Lecithin 1 tsp
Ice cream 2 scoops
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy protein shake.
