Im 19 270 6'2 and i have natural street fighting abilities... Ive been training for 2 weeks in my basement.. i have a speed bag, heavy bag, and a double end bag. i eat very clean and plan on cutting down to around 220 so i would be ripped. Every morning i start around 10-11 am. and i do

-30 min of heavy bag work
-30 min of double end bag work
-30 min of speed bag work
-1 hour of straight cardio..(jump rope, swim laps in pool, throw punches under water, and run laps in water) do it all

at night around 8-9 pm.. i go to the gym(not boxing) and do my regular lifting workout for 2 hours with just lighter weight then usual.

How long would training like this take till im ready to spar? then after i join a boxing gym to spar.. how long till i am ready for my first fight. i understand that it is diff for everyone but just a guess
this is 5 days a week and im off on the weekends..

I would suggest sparring lightly with someone you know and train with first. If you go in challenging some random bro to hit the ring than he's probably going to show off his skills and feed his ego by beating your ass.

As for your first fight it takes a lot of training and conditioning to actually step up in the ring. I still haven't and I been training for years now. It depends on the person of course. Conditioning is the most important thing in being ready. I plan to start fighting competitively come the beginning of next year. There is never too much preparation and now that I feel comfortable with my skill I now can gauge my potential against a well rounded opponent

i hate people that come on the forum cocky "ive got natural street fighting ability" lmao what the hells that about drop your ego because your going to get put on your ass in the ring thats a fact. it happens to the best in training and people like you hate it as it makes you look like a little girl and you cant let go of your ego. boxing isnt just about beating the **** out of each other its tactical. go in there with your street fighting i DARE you, you will soon learn.

Forget about sparring, you need to learn how to box. Anyone can hit a bag but not anyone can hit it correctly. If you were to walk in the ring with someone now you would get embarrassed. Get your self to a boxing gym, learn the correct footwork and keep practicing until you get it right, most people ignore it but it's the most important thing to master when you are starting out. Learn how to hold your guard, learn some shots and then start hitting the bags. People think hitting heavy bags and a bit of cardio is all you need to step in the ring, they couldn't be more wrong. Street fighting experience means nothing, try and do that in the ring you will walk into a shot and get knocked out.

Get your self to a gym.
